Shipping and Refund Policy
After ordering a training package, the following is done:
1. There is no physical product shipped by LBD Training. All plans/questionnaires/updates are sent via Email.
2. Questionnaire email is sent within 24 hours after purchase
3. Please provide accurate/active email at checkout
4. Fill out Questionnaire in timely manner (unless we have made arrangement to start your plan at a later date)
5. Please allow up to 5 days for your personalized plan to be sent.
REFUND POLICY
There are no refunds. Once a purchase is made, there is no refund.

ONE TIME PAYMENTS / SUBSCRIPTIONS
***All plans are a one time payment upfront, except Monthly Coaching and VIP.
Those are subscriptions on a monthly basis.
There is a minimum 3 month committment with VIP and Monthly. You can cancel anytime after that.
